"What a perfect introduction to Marrakesh as I had never been before!Stayed for 4 nights with a friend and were a bit apprehensive as we had read some negative reviews.Well we need not have worried as we found the hotel a relaxing oasis after the bustle of the busy Marrakesh centre. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the young lady Meraim Benbakrim who greeted us with a friendly smile on our arrival and each day.The shuttle bus was a perfect way to get to the centre and took no time at all.The hotel is close to the Atlas mountains and numerous berber villages which are a must to visit. "My friend and I came to your hotel for a relaxing break from our boring routines. We were amazed at the welcome we received and the fact that the entire vacation was everything we could have wished for. The rooms were tastefully done, were clean and the house keeping staff were amazing. The grounds were immaculate along with the pools. The staff were the best, always attentive and friendly from the start. We were especially impressed with Yussef Nour, he was very polite and answered all of our questions regarding activites outside of the hotel. The food varied from simple dishes to extravagent Moroccan dishes, some thing for everyone no matter how picky you are and it was plentiful and displayed beautifully.
 

We really did have a fantastic time and we will always treasure the memories.

"Went on a four day city break coupon and this hotel more than met my expectations. Based on the voucher we were travelling on, the value for money was outstanding. Most notably the staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and attentive - always smiling. Although a quiet time of year and not heaving with guests, we really felt like the staff remembered us and were interested in making our stay a good one. Our room was massive, had a lovely view and was clean and quiet. Shuttle service to and from Jamma el Fna was free, ran several times per day to and from, and operated like clockwork. "We booked the holiday in March with groupon for 6 nights and planned to go in September 18th. On the way to the airport to fly out, we had to cancel and rebook our holiday due to personal circumstances. The staff were very understanding and there was no extra charge to rebook the holiday to November. On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a smile and this set the tone for the remainder of our stay. 
The room was splendid - spacious, with an ante chamber and balcony view over the gardens. The room was cleaned daily and bed changed on request.  The Atlas restaurant offered a wide range of traditional Moroccan and European food which was fresh and extremely tasty and the desserts were delightful. We also went to the Italian restaurant with the a la carte menu which again met all our expectations for friendliness, service and food quality.  The relaxing aspect of the holiday was the massage and the pools ( one heated ) with four poster beach beds on the side. The daily massage set us up for the day exploring the Marrakech market. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we quickly settled into the local routine.
