If it is impossible for you to redeem your voucher before it has expired, we are prepared to provide you with a full refund or credit to your Living Deal account.
Q. Can I buy vouchers as gifts for friends and family?
YES! So please pass along your voucher to any one you want (even if your name is on it they can still use it).
Q. If I just use part of the voucher value, will I be able to use the rest later on?
Sorry, you do not generally receive any kind of credit or cash back when you only do a partial redemption of your voucher. Check the offer for those rare cases of partial redemption.
